⚠️ IMPORTANT
- Deactivating your line will permanently turn it off, set your balance to 0 MB, and delete all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
- Only deactivate your line if you no longer plan to use it (for example: the device is lost, broken, or you simply don’t need the line anymore) Make sure you turn OFF Auto refill before deactivating your line.
- If your device is lost, it’s recommended to deactivate the line and turn off auto-refill (if enabled) instead of fully deactivating/deleting your account.
- If you just want to pause the usage temporarily, do not deactivate it in your account — simply turn the line off/Disable it on your phone instead.
Steps to Deactivate Your eSIM
- Log in to your Keepgo account at https://myaccount.keepgo.com/
- Go to the Lines panel and select the eSIM Lifetime plan >> then find the line you want to deactivate. Next step is to click More Details (see the image below for reference).
- On the new screen, click the three-dot “More” menu (see the image below for reference).
- Select Deactivate from the drop down menu, then your line is now deactivated(see the image below for reference).
