How can I find out my current data balance?

To check your balance, go to your account and navigate to eSIM Lines on the left sidebar (if you use the mobile version, click on the menu button left above). You will see the current balance of your eSIM bundle on its info panel.


For your convenience, you can immediately add the My Account button to the home screen to access your eSIM info. Tap on the menu button in your browser when you are in your account and on our website. Click “Add to the home screen” (instructions may vary depending on the model of your phone).
