I have tested the hotspot at home and it worked. Now I am in another country and I have no connection. What should I do?

The first thing which is helpful to do is resetting the hotspot. Hold down both the WPS and Power button simultaneously for at least 3 seconds and give it a try. If there still will be an issue, check the APN settings via the web interface of the hotspot.

Connect to the hotspot via any WiFi enabled device and open http://mobile.hotspot (or http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1) in your browser. The default username and password is “admin”.

Go to Settings> Profile Management. In the input fields:

Name: Keepgo
APN: internet.keepgo.com
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
