STEP 1:
The first thing that is easy and helpful to do is to reset the hotspot.
- Hold down both the WPS and Power buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds to do a hard reset on the black hotspot or click the reset button on the back for the white hotspot. Use the images below for reference.
- Test the connection on your device again.

STEP 2:
If there is still an issue after step 1, then check the APN settings via the web interface of the hotspot. See the steps below:
- Turn on the hotspot device.
- Make sure you have disconnected your mobile device/laptop from your home Wi-Fi. Now connect your mobile device/laptop to the Keepgo hotspot's Wi-Fi (e.g. Keepgo_0DBA) only.
- They will be no connection or a captive page may pop-up, Don't worry, just continue to use it without the internet for the next step.
- Open your web browser and input any of the links below or input the IP address written underneath the hotspot device beneath the battery: http://mobile.hotspot or http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://mw41.home/index.html or http://tplinkmifi.net (for TP-Link model) or 192.168.8.1 (for Huawei model) in your browser and it should take you to a new setup page
- When the setup page opens, go to the top corner and click on Login
- Use the Log-in credentials below:
- Username: admin
- Password: admin
5. Go to Settings>> Click Profile Management
6. On the new page, edit the current profile or create a new one and input the fields below:
For hotspot SIM starting with 8937, if the APN isn't plus click on Create NEW:

Profile Management: plus (D)
Name: plus
APN: plus
Dial Number: 99#
Auth (Protocol): NONE
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
Click SAVE to save the new setup, and select *Set Default to set the new APN as default, reboot the device, and start surfing the internet. See the image below for reference. **
For hotspot SIM starting with 8934:
Edit/Create a new profile with the details below.
Name: Keepgo
APN: internet.keepgo.com
Dial Number: 99#
Auth (Protocol): NONE
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
Click SAVE to save the new setup, and select *Set Default** to set the new APN as default, reboot the device, and start surfing the internet. See the image below for reference.
