I removed the eSIM from my phone. How can I add it again?

Some eSIM QR codes can be used only once. If your plan is one of the following (Octans, Antares, Orion, Leo, Taurus), please contact us for a new line. For other bundles, you may rescan the QR code to add it on the same device.

To install eSIM, please scan the QR code (it can be found at More Details> QR code at the Line's managing panel in your account - https://myaccount.keepgo.com/), set Keepgo eSIM as a Primary Data Plan, and enable Data Roaming.

Then please contact us at support@keepgo.com to transfer the unused data to the new line.

** Please note that an eSIM line which was deactivated with 0 balance or had under 100MB will not be support to transfer to a new line.
