Why Am I Seeing “PDP Authentication Failed” With “No Internet” on my eSIM/SIM?

This usually means that your device isn’t connected to a compatible Keepgo mobile network. Don’t panic just follow the steps below to fix it:

📱 iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Go to Device Settings
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data or Mobile Service
  3. Select your eSIM/SIM line
  4. Click Network Selection
  5. Turn off Automatic selection
  6. Manually select a network compatible with your eSIM

Once a network is selected, check if your internet is working.

🤖 Android

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Connections or Network & Internet
  3. Select Mobile Networks
  4. Choose your eSIM/SIM
  5. Tap Network Operators
  6. Turn off Automatic selection
  7. Manually choose a compatible network
