If you have a Keepgo physical SIM card, please set up the SIM in your device then go to https://myaccount.keepgo.com/ following the steps here to activate your line.
Before inserting the SIM, please make sure the device is not carrier locked and use Micro or Standard adapters if necessary (adapters come in a package with a Keepgo SIM)
Once the chip is in SIM tray, please go to Settings > Cellular/ Mobile and turn ON Cellular/ Mobile data.
Under Cellular/ Mobile Data Options, toggle Data Roaming into the ON position.
To make sure that the internet is flawless, please check the APN settings.
- Using available WiFi network open Safari browser on your device and go to: www.keepgo.com/apn
- Download the profile, it will install the APN automatically
You can also manually edit the APN
- Go to Settings
- Cellular/Mobile Data
- Cellular/Mobile Data Options
- Cellular/Mobile Network
- Add a new Profile as below: For SIMs which ICCID starts with '8934' APN: internet.keepgo.com Username and Password: leave blank For SIMs which ICCID starts with '8944' APN: everywhere Username and Password: leave blank
Settings may vary a little depending on the device’s model.
